FBD Ltd. and the Swedish biotechnology company Crystal Research AB, Lund have signed a licensing agreement for distribution of Drug Design consultancy in Scandinavia.
The licensing agreement gives Crystal Research AB the right to sell the proprietary service technology of FBD exclusively in Scandinavia and to promote the services on a world-wide. FBD's services are complementary to Crystal Research's own services, building a strong synergy. In collaboration with Crystal Research, FBD can now provide protein structure determination using X-ray crystallography for industrial projects.
